Chaotic Upper Reshanta

This newly observed region at the edge of the Abyss has been designated as the 'upper layer'. Investigation suggests that it is composed of fragments from the 'Bloodflame Nebula'. Once a part of the upper Abyss, these fragments were torn away from the nebula and displaced here by the impact of the Second Great Catastrophe. Observed within the region are remnants of the fortresses Krotan, Dukysas, and La Miren—as well as Ereshkigal’s brigade. The entrance to Reshanta's Eye is yet to be found, however. The central island is overgrown with clusters of thorn trees mutated by Drana and has been dubbed the 'Red Thorn Crown Isle.' Initial surveys and attempts to access the area have been delayed due to its location at the outer edge of the Abyss, and the presence of a peculiar force field that repels Daeva of considerable strength. This field continues to hinder a full-scale investigation, and some theorize it may be a barrier established to protect a specific target.
