"A hero of legend from beyond the Bulwark should present a convincing argument." After successfully casting Scarlotus, Reda's tracks lead to Altamia Canyon. Altamia Canyon is infamous for its rough terrain, and receiving help from the Notos Legion who used to be active there would be of great help. However, the Notos Legion viewed Caelid's determination to enter inside the Bulwark as a delusion. With Phernos, a hero of legend and living proof that the inside of the Bulwark is real, Caelid believes it will now be much easier to gain the Notos Legion's cooperation. But there are still issues remaining in Tolbas Forest. You decided to resolve the issue concerning the Urugugu Tribe, worshippers of Dragon Lord Ishtar, before meeting up with the Notos Legion.
