"I'll show you what a real guild master is, nyerk!" Shugo who suffered greatly from Kochi's reckless dealings with the Astin Mercenaries gathered to demand compensation. Outraged by Kochi's shamelessness, the representative of the victims, Xiao, resolved to establish a new guild. After completing numerous tasks, from recruiting founding members to securing a suitable headquarters, Xiao and the aggrieved Shugo finalized their preparations for independence. Xiao named the new guild the "Thunder Lightning Merchants" and vowed to provide generous dividends once they had grown large enough.
