"I'm worried some fool might go and do something stupid like that again." A legionnaire near the Hill of Purification consumed poisonous water nearby and was suffering severe stomach pain. Though purifying the poison itself was not possible, some measure of action was still required. At Belorin's request, you eliminated the toxic creatures inhabiting the water's edge. As you did so, Belorin procured medicine to treat the afflicted legionnaire. If the poison's concentration could be reduced even slightly, such incidents would likely become far less frequent.
