"We're building up our strength to someday reclaim our original base!" Baba urgently requested your presence at the Quai Campsite. There, he revealed that the campsite is only a temporary refuge, not the true headquarters of the Quai Merchants. Their original base was seized by the Shulak, and Baba spoke bitterly of the day they were driven out.
