The healers say it's a side effect of Tarzel.
"The healers say it's a side effect of Tarzel." You came across Bekrin again at Battlescar Mound. He told you about the nearby temporary clinic, and shared his worries about how the people rescued from Dranactus continue to show little signs of recovery despite Nornir treatment. You decided to talk to Menrik at the temporary clinic. You listened to what Menrik had to say about the conditions of the patients, and how it was clear that they were suffering from the side effects of Tarzel. In order to treat them more effectively, the healers needed to obtain some Tarzel and analyze its biological composition. You helped Menrik obtain more Tarzel and delivered it to the clinic.
