It looks like they're getting swapped with inferior products during delivery!
"It looks like they're getting swapped with inferior products during delivery!" Baba has been stressed out lately because of clients complaining about the poor quality of their delivered goods. He insisted the quality of all goods is confirmed before shipping, and suspected someone might be swapping the items during delivery. While investigating the area, you confirmed Baba's suspicions that someone was swapping the goods, and found the stash of the original, high-quality products. After returning to Baba with the evidence, he claimed to have a pretty good idea of the culprit based on the fur and paw marks they left behind. He asked you to fetch Red Shell Mole fur, which supposedly causes liars to cough incessantly. After you brought it to him, Baba used it to get the guilty merchant to confess.
