It's been a while since I last had any proper food, to be honest...
"It's been a while since I last had any proper food, to be honest..." The conditions at the Abandoned Campsite make it hard to get adequate supplies, so Fiona is constantly hungry. With the Blades nearby, it is too dangerous for her to go out and gather ingredients herself, so you helped do so for her. By the time you brought back the ingredients, you found Fiona already ready to cook. She tossed the ingredients into the pan, cooked a delicious meal, and shared it with the other Recluse Daeva. When you returned to Fiona said it had been a long time since she had last felt so full, and thanked you for making it possible.
