The base is littered with Fafnium, which is used to trap the souls of Daeva captured by the fake Fate Archons. Much of the victims tend to be Kromede's followers.

Fallen Haven

As Eltnen suffered relentless invasions by the Balaur and the Lepharists, many Daeva became part of the ever-growing list of casualties. Tifus, a Life Daeva, secretly moved the bodies of the fallen to a secluded cavern in the hopes that his kin could return to AION's embrace. However, AION's fall made it impossible for the dead to return to Odyle. Instead, they rotted within the cave, mutating into vile contaminations. Tifus, who sought only to grant his fellow Daeva their final rest, succumbed to the contamination as well. Burdened by resentment and unable to return to Odyle, he remains forever entombed within the dark cavern as a revenant.
